 Senior Adult Ministries

The #1 goal of our Heaven Bound Senior Adults is to brag on Jesus and glorify God.  We strive to be intentional about winning others to Christ through evangelism.  We then want to lead, teach, and encourage all who will follow into a close walk with God as active, intentional disciples of Christ.  We accomplish this through our Heaven Bound Bible studies, which are held in the Fellowship Hall on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday mornings at 9:30.  We study God’s Word together for one hour and then we enjoy refreshments together as we laugh and talk.  This time of fellowship and Bible study is open to all ages. 

The #2 goal of Heaven Bound Senior Adults is to be a Christian witness through our fellowship and fun as we travel from place to place.  Everyone enjoys traveling together on the church bus. 

We currently have two trips planned for the upcoming months:

  1. July 17 & 18 – This is a trip to the Smokey Mountain Railroad.  We will spend one night at Maggie Valley.

  2. October 23-25 – We will go to Ridgecrest for 3 days and 2 nights of good preaching and Gospel singing.
